Nibbler DX - An in-progress remake of the classic Arcade Game Nibbler for the Amstrad CPC

While we have featured a ton of ZX Spectrum games, some of you might be wondering why we haven't featured anything for the Amstrad CPC. Well worry not! As thanks to Xenomorph contacting us today, we've been told that Dave Moor has released a demo for the in-progress remake of the classic Arcade Game Nibbler for the Amstrad CPC. A game which was originally released back in 1982 in the Arcades and then also ported over by Mosaik Software in 1984 to the Amstrad CPC.

Here's the latest from the cpcwiki forums. "Dear all, After picking up CPC development for the first time in about 30 years, may I present an in-progress remake of the classic Arcade Game Nibbler. This is a port of the original CPC version available by Mosaik Software, and is written using the fantastic CPCTelera library. One level Demo version fully playable is now available (LINK). The full version will also have: 10+ Fiendish Levels, sound Effects and music, optional Arcade Mode Gameplay, and Enhanced Graphics and Animations working on both actual CPCs and in all standard CPC Emulators".
