Another homebrew release for the C64 RGCD comp was Voivod Attack by Achim Volkers; a shoot em up with a hint of r-type and a touch of defender. Even though it was released on cart, Mayday have released a cracked version with a trainer for those that found the original to be just too difficult.
Another fun shoot em up game for the C64. but from what I've played so far, the zone design is a bit repetitive but I did like the fact you can collect power ups and change ship directions.
