Who Dares Wins - Retro classic set for a remake for the MSX2

Way back in 1985 Alligator Software was supposed to officially release 'Who Dares Wins' for the C64 but according to certain sites this game played very closely to Commando and thus was stopped by Elite. However many have mentioned that this game did appear and certain gamers did get their hands on it. As such thanks to Steve Evans he redesigned the levels and was able to release the game as Who Dares Wins 2. But the news of today isn't for the C64, it's actually for the MSX2 and what a special game this is going to be. Welcome to 'Who Dares Wins' for the MSX2 by the developers Retroforce, which is going to be given an overhauled remake, that may well be as good as the recent Commando Arcade on the C64.

According to MSX.org this overhauled remake is going to feature more than just a slight tweak to it's gameplay, as it will feature the implementation of Screen 5 graphic mode, new sound effects, multicolour sprites, improved controls, 3 optional colour palettes and the usage of SCC for the music being composed with Trilotracker.

So far there have been no release date mentions, but we do hope for a 2015 release.
