The next The Company.PL release is available and it's none other than the 1993 multi-platform puzzler of 'Dimo's Quest' by Infernal Byte Systems which is now available as a fully playable PC version. Originally on the Amiga, CD-I and even PC through DOS has been packed up with TC-UAE and loadable as a single exe file. In Dimo's Quest you play as Dimo the frog who is on a quest to collect all the sweets in the Kingdom for the King to be able to marry his daughter Princess Dori.
A very cute and lovely game indeed and one I never actually played when it was released all those years ago. From my short play through of Dimo's Quest through the launcher I knew I was in for a treat just from the main menu and early level screen. The graphics are lovely with charming sound effects and great Amiga music. The puzzles which involve collecting fruit, opening doors, avoiding enemies and animated squares such as falling floors really add to the challenge and the fun. Thus if you've never played the game before, I'd highly recommend playing it now. It runs really well and as a bonus The Company.PL have even added cheats!
