Remember when we gave you the heads up for Defecto Digital Studios in development Amstrad CPC Adventure, which at the time was only in Spanish? Well we've just been given a tweet from the developer that this game is now in English! What great news indeed as that means all of our English readers can now play this new Amstrad Adventure which is based on the arcade version released by Ocean Software in 1992!
Coming in at two disks, ELF is your typical text based adventure story with commands such as go North, East, West and so on. However finding out which command does what can be a bit tricky, as when I tried to eat the raw chicken, as shown above, it kept saying " I don't understand you ". But then I was never any good at text based adventures. So it stands to reason why I'll not be spending all evening getting deep into this game, but for those of you who do enjoy this style of genre, I think you'll find it an enjoyable experience, even if it doesn't have any music or English provided manual.
