Although we have only just found out today, the current in development Amiga game of ' Scourge of the Underkind ' has once again been shown off to the community but this time with some brand new footage. Developed by Wayne Ashworth and game engine that has been designed by Magnus, Scourge of the Underkind is a top down shooter that has the flavour of the Amiga game chaos engine, while also looking a little bit like gauntlet.
This latest footage not only looks much better and more developed than the previous teaser, but it has a brand new UI including a text story panel, a status panel including lives and keys, a weapons panel, and the choice of up to 9 weapons which can be switched during the game. So far this game is looking very good indeed even at such an early stage, and I cannot wait to see what the game will look like when it's finally released compared to the way it does now.
