It's going to be a busy Monday with lots of games to get through, and the first one up and one we are eagerly awaiting, is Knights of Bytes 'Sam's Journey'. This game which was released in 2017 for the C64 that earned game of the year on our site, featured high quality gameplay, fabulous graphics, great music and all through an epic adventure. So why are we talking about Sam's Journey again? Welcome to 'Sam's Journey' on the NES, an upcoming game to another retro system that is sure to be a big hit!
Knights of Bytes have been working hard since the release of Sam and we are excited to announce that Sam's Journey is not only still coming to the NES as a far cry from it's original April Fools C64 debut ;) but there's new in game footage of which you can view above. As in the words of the developer " A new NES game is in the making! It's about a cute little hero called Sam who finds himself on an unexpected journey in a strange world. Although being a great runner and an amazing jumper, Sam is not at all averse to alternative methods of transportation. The third teaser of our upcoming NES title features Sam in a fiery castle. Watch him climb a web, use moving platforms, and have himself shot across long distances by cannons!".
