Amidar - A 1980's Arcade and 2600 game gets a Speccy Basic conversion!

It was only just the other week that we featured the latest release of Amidar for the Commodore Amiga as a conversion from the 1980's Arcade and Atari 2600 game. Well here we are with another Amidar feature, as thanks to Saberman contacting us just recently, he has told us that Salvador Camacho has released the Basic version of the game, which has been converted over to the ZX Spectrum for the Concurso Basic 2022 competition. To coincide with this news, Saberman has done a video of the game to show you.

According to the wikipedia for this game Amidar is a video game developed by Konami and released in arcades in 1981 by Stern. The format is similar to that of Pac-Man: the player moves around a fixed rectilinear lattice, attempting to visit each location on the board while avoiding the enemies. When each spot has been visited, the player moves to the next level...And that's pretty much all there is to say about the game, but for further info hit the link below.
