Shipwrecked - Take on the role of a crew commander leading eight astronauts on a mission to Mars (C64)

Another cool game has appeared in my inbox, as I'm pleased to tell you that the same creator of the awesome Commodore 64 game of Battle for Cronos, Deathflood Dungeon of Doom, and devolution has made available the Commodore 64 game of 'Shipwrecked' via the ka-plus.pl website. A game in which you take on the role of a crew commander leading eight astronauts on a mission to Mars. To coincide with this news, Saberman has done a video of this rather unique survival/strategy game by Windigo Productions!

Here's the full details. "The original goal was to establish a foothold for future colonization and conduct scientific research. However, the descent went terribly wrong, resulting in a crash landing! While most of the equipment had already been delivered to the planet, the valuable cargo space in your capsule was packed with emergency supplies—just in case it didn’t land at the intended location. Unfortunately, that’s exactly what happened... This game is a complex puzzle where you must consider many dependencies while planning your actions from a wide range of possibilities to ensure the survival of your crew. There are multiple solutions, and every element in this game has at least one purpose. Sometimes the purpose is obvious, sometimes you have to pay attention to details".

Dev Notes : This release contains two games developed by Windigo Productions for the C64. Devolution - Eternal Winter a real-time strategy game, and Shipwrecked a survival/strategy game. It's our second release of Windigo strategy games, the first one can be found in the linked products.
