The developers are calling it the hypothetical sequel as if it was actually developed for the Mega Drive. Using OpenBOR with a great list of features such as 13 characters, secret characters, 3 game modes, story mode with different branches, mutilation killings, thieves, hostages, wild beasts, own moves per characters and an original soundtrack this is another awesome SEEP game that deserves be downloaded and played.
