Here we are with another great conversion, because if you remember playing the 1981 Arcade game called Lock 'n Chase, then you may be interested to learn that while the game was unofficially converted over to the Atari 5200, Amiga, and C64 throughout the last few years, it wasn't until recently that Bob's Stuff had made available a very decent port over to the ZX Spectrum as a free download. Lock'N'Chase - A 1981 Arcade game by Data East gets an Amiga release thanks to JOTD
What do Moon Patrol, Donkey Kong, Super Bagman, Galaxian500, Super Xevious, Track'N'Field, Gyruss and Burger Time all of have in common? Well apart from being Arcade games, all of these games were given the Amiga treatment by none other than JOTD. A developer that seems to be on a mission, to port just about every Arcade game over to the Amiga. Well fast forward to today however, and just I've been informed, that Data East's Arcade game of 'Lock 'N' Chase', has been converted over to the Amiga, thanks to JOTD.
Lock'n'Chase - Another brilliant Arcade to Commodore 64 port by LC-Games!
LC-Games is certainly no stranger to Indie Retro News, creating brilliant titles such as Bagman Comes Back, Tutankham, Tutankham Returns, Mike Mech, Scout the Stray, Santa's Troubles and our personal favourite Arcade to C64 game of Dig Dug. But another game has just caught our attention and worthy of a mention on IRN, and it's LC-Games latest C64 homage to the 1980's 'Lock'n'Chase ': an arcade game developed by DECO in 1981 which runs perfectly on both PAL and NTSC models of the Commodore 64!
