Amiga Power: The Album With Attitude - A tune banging retro remix Kickstarter has launched

What a great way to start a Friday as we can now officially announce that the Amiga Power : The Album With Attitude Kickstarter has now launched and is ready for your pledges! This new Kickstarter from Matthew Smith, is a serious treat for Amiga game and or music lovers, as it will feature not just a Mighty Booklet, but two discs spanning over 30 tracks of remixes from classic games such as Apidya, Banshee, Blob and many many more!

Yes indeed a Kickstarter created by a lifelong fan of Amiga Power, a Future Publishing magazine that ran from 1991 to 1996, it sure to excite many in the community. As in collaboration with 010101 Music (Insert Disk) and C64Audio.com, comes a Kickstarter that doesn't just have two discs and a booklet, but higher tier pledges will also included bonus additions such as The Amiga Works, Shadow Of The Beast MMXV, Strix Memoria and Turrican: Rise Of The Machine!

So what brilliant remixes are likely to be on these albums you ask! Well as we said before, both of the AP album's CDs will be jam-packed with spiffing new remixes such as disc 1 it will include Chris Huelsbeck, Andrew Barnabas, Jon Hare, Barry Leitch, Mike Clarke, Olof Gustafsson and Allister Brimble. And for disc 2 however it will feature brand new remixes as the first, including all these fab tracks by Brian Sadler, Fabian Del Priore, Jogeir Liljedahl, Jason Page, Allister Brimble, Patrick Nevian, Matthias Steinwachs and Tim Wright!

And if that's not enough to whet your appetite, included with both discs will be a deluxe liner notes booklet containing more than 80 pages of intriguing facts, full song lyrics and written contributions from the former AP contributors mentioned above. Plus as mentioned on the Kickstarter page, as well as the fantastic cover art by comics supremo Roger Langridge, you'll find further exclusive artwork inside by computer graphics whiz AJ Jefferies and Scarred For Life author Stephen Brotherstone!

So yes a Kickstarter that really is worth backing, so make sure to help it hit that Kickstarter goal of £16,000!
