Fort Meow - A Catastrophic physics-based tower defence game

Developed by RhysD, Fort Meow is a physics based tower defence game mixed up with a little bit of adventure. In this cartoony style game that's currently going through a Steam Greenlight campaign you play as Nia, a little girl that will have her holiday at her Grandparent's house turned up side down by cats!

While in the attic she comes across an interesting looking journal written by her Grandfather, yet when she opens it all hell breaks loose as cats appear, and not just a few cats either, lots of them! Thus it's down to you build a fort of protection to defend yourself and decipher the mysteries of the journal.

Fort Meow even from the trailer has a great of amount of cat based humour as when the cats do decide to attack, it certainly made me chuckle. I had visions of the cat lady out of The Simpsons, throwing her cats at the little girl.

But there's more than just an attic in this game as it features a Physics based for building experience, hundreds of cats with different types, 20 items to discover and a great tune by Moritz P.G. Katz! This is one game that any cat lover should give the thumbs up for!
