OpenTTD 1.5.0 RC1 - Open Source Transport Tycoon Deluxe new release candidate

If like me you had no intention of playing games such as Battlefield Hardline, then this weekend we have got you covered for retro gaming goodness. First we had FreeCiv, then FreeCol and now OpenTTD has seen a new release candidate of OpenTTD 1.5.0 RC1. OpenTTD is one of the most popular open source releases , as it's a constantly updated open source version of Microprose's hit game Transport Tycoon Deluxe. See change log for details...

Transport Tycoon Deluxe was one of the greatest transport simulation games ever to be released. It was also one of Microprose's all time best titles. It was just an incredible game! To be able to run your own transport company with the ability to transport goods, make your own railroad set ups and bus routes with the ease of use that a kid could pick up and play, it was no wonder it was so popular.
