ROGUS - Frantic runner available through Steam 30th June

Some time ago we gave you the heads up of Irondrop Studios latest run'em up release of 'ROGUS - Kingdom Of The Lost Souls' for the PC that had a Wizard rushing through cool pixelated graphics, attacking or avoiding beasts, jumping over holes, while also shielding and spell casting. As such it gathered enough interest by gamers to be a Steam Greenlight success and as from the 30th of June, it will be available through Steam!

The story begins with an evil presence that has awoken deep under the mountain unleashing evil beasts which are now pouring into the Kingdom above. It's down to you as the chosen Wizard to battle these awful creatures and in doing so save the realm. But if you think that's going to be easy to accomplish you can forget it in this game, as this is probably the most challenging runners we've played this year. It is a non stop frantic mash of Lord of the Rings with a high dose of Caffeine as enemies will come at you pretty much non stop while you try to juggle between shield, magic or avoiding with a jump.

Featuring a fully playable introductory story, great music, six spells to choose from , 20 Steam Achievements, controller support and a best score board you can certainly see why this was a Steam Greenlight success. My only complaint would be that sometimes there's too much movement in each of the layers of the game towards the background, those of you with motion sickness may find this slightly off putting as it takes time for your eyes to adjust.

So if you think you've got what it takes to battle the menacing evil, head on over to the Steam Page and look forward to a 30th June release.
