Rick Dangerous coming to the Sega Master System gets an update

Some time back we mentioned that Rick Dangerous; a great platformer released on the Amiga, Amstrad CPC, Atari ST, Commodore 64, ZX Spectrum, and DOS, with an unofficial port on the Colecovision June of this year. Was coming to the Sega Master System as a port by ichigo@ichigobankai_. Well there's good news, as fast forward to this week and a new video has been teased showing a new zone area with different types of collision and objects! Although the Sprite flickering routine has been inhibited (will be rewritten).

Rick Dangerous was a classic game that made you feel like an Indiana Jones character traversing dangerous locations such as caves and temples while also avoiding the bad guys, deadly spikes and rolling boulders! It was developed by Core Design and published by Firebird in 1989 and this version looks to be another fantastic looking port that will feel right at home on the Sega Master System.
