I was a bit late on this one as I'm still recovering from a stomach and kidney infection, but if you're looking to play a rather decent looking game on your Amstrad, then you might like to know as thanks to a heads up from XeNoMoRPH, that Édouard BERGÉ has recently teased a high quality Amstrad game called 'Bubble Quest'; A game in which you must guide your bubble around a maze like screen while avoiding everything that is deadly to reach the exit. Sound easy though? Probably Not!
Although details are very sparse at this time, according to the description under the video linked (here), Bubble Quest is a new game for the Amstrad Plus & GX4000, that not only features wonderful music from E-dredon, but enhanced colours, full screen gameplay and a true physics engine. While the footage is from 2020, game development was delayed by covid but the game is back on track to hopefully be finished at some point in the near future.
