We've been flooded with awesome news this week, from SERAPHIMA for the ZX Spectrum, to Zeta Wing II on the C64, and International Karate RCX/RC 2023 for the Atari XL/XE. Well once again we are going back to the ZX Spectrum for some more gaming news, as thanks to Saberman contacting us recently, he has told us that Anhot studio has entered their latest game of 7.7.7.7 for the ZX Spectrum into the Yandex Retro Games Battle. A monochrome game in which you must descend into the underworld to strike at the very heart of evil.
Here is what the Yandex Retro Games Battle competition page says about the game. "Once upon a time, a defense line was erected between two worlds — the realm of darkness and the world of the living. Designed to trap evil forces, this line is known as the Net. However, the relentless onslaught of the dark spawn has caused cracks to appear throughout the Net. Although you tried your best to save the Net, it was an impossible battle. But the war is not over. Now, you must descend into the underworld to strike at the very heart of evil. And this time, it comes with music (on 128K)".
