Ahh Minesweeper, a game that so many of us have played at least once! Although it wasn't my type of game however, it certainly had its cult following. For those of you who don't remember anything about this puzzler. Players had to clear the board of numbers without coming across deadly exploding bombs using help from clues about the number of neighbouring mines in each field. So why are we mentioning this game on Indie Retro News? Well Digital Worlds Studio has released their own version of the game for the Commodore Amiga called ' Master of Minefields '.
And here's the latest from the creator. " Master of Minefields is ultimate remake of Minesweeper game for Amiga. The game brings not only classic gameplay but also unique and challenging variants in total 10 game modes. Take the adventure of mastering minesweeper in JOURNEY mode. Help the Grand Master Sapper to escape from mine prison, in ESCAPE mode. Take the challenge of sweeping the CAMPAIGN mode ultimate minefield. Over 350 level are waiting for you and if you would like to enjoy the game with your friend there is also two players VERSUS mode.".
