Ahh Centipede what a game that was! A game that was not only released as a vertical fixed shooter by Atari in 1980, but it also featured as a rather cheesy but nostalgic Pixel movie. Well here's a nod to a game in which you originally had to protect your garden against not just spiders and scorpions, it's 'Slither'. A Centipede-style game that features alien enemies, and your own powerful space ship to blow them away. And here's the details. "Slither is a Centipede-style game created with left over assets from another game I wrote. The Centipede moves one character at a time (not smoothly). It was intended for use as a bonus level page. The game features music by Richard Bayliss and sprite art by Hend".
