Scorch - A Scorched Earth clone gets an early preview for the Atari XL/XE

Due to the ongoing conflict in Ukraine we will not be showing the loading screen above

This game might not look like much, with it's bare backgrounds and tiny coloured objects, but this is actually a preview Atari XL/XE release, that comes across very much like Scorched Tanks on the Amiga and the MS-DOS game Scorched Earth. Developed by pirx and as a multiplayer game with up to 2 players so far, your ultimate goal is to wipe out your opponent by working out the correct trajectory that your Baby Missile flies through the air and hits dead on target!

Grubs - A Worms Clone previewed for the C64!

We've been featuring the C64 a lot this month, from games such as The Shadow over Hawksmill and PRECINCT 20 Dead Strange to name but a few. But there's another game that may appeal to a much wider audience with nods to an all time favourite game, and that's Team 17s "Worms" or as the developers are calling it for the C64 'Grubs'; a Worms clone that's available as a preview based around another unreleased game from 2004 called "GrubZ".

Team 17 Crack Pack [CD32] [SX32] - A copy protect disabled Amiga CD32 release

As many of you know, Earok and team usually release Amiga CD32 packs that are either from games that have never been on the Amiga CD32 before, or with improvements and additions that make life just that little bit easer on the classic gaming system. The latest release for example enables you to get straight into the game other than what the original games were like, as the copy protection has been removed. Team 17 games such as Alien Breed 3D, The Speris Legacy and Worms. So no fiddling with manual copy protection codes with gamepad in hand with this lot!

Scorched Earth - An MS-DOS inspired classic previewed on the C64

Grubz (Worms Clone) Preview for C64!

Last month we gave you the heads up over a retro remade dungeon crawling experience in the form of "Eye of the Beholder" for C64. But there's another game that may appeal to a much wider audience that's also being remade and it's Team 17's "Worms" or as the developers are calling it Grubz. Developed by Singular back in March 2004 as an early preview, this homebrew version looks visually impressive as both a modern game as an 8-bit and bringing back that Worms game play style. So far only Forever 5 has been released which features 3 levels, c64/keyboard/joystick players, and bazooka only. The full game will be distributed by Protovision when it's ready.

Flockers - Team 17 announces a Lemmmings-like spin-off!

Team 17 are going back to their Amiga roots with a brand new game to the likeness of Lemmings. Unlike Lemmings, you control the outcome of a bunch of Sheep making a dash for freedom from the tyrannical worms. So expect many traps along the way with a very gorish outcome if it all goes wrong! Can you reach the end? Will you save all the Sheep for lush grounds of green or be splattered into tiny pieces? Flockers will be coming to PC via Steam Early Access in Q2 2014. - Flockers will also be available to play at the gaming convention EGX Rezzed, which takes place in Birmingham, England from March 28-30.
