Doorways - A first person survival horror game

Woohoo another Horror game, as I said before, Horror games are my area of playtime, anything with Horror in the title gets me going in a gaming frenzy. Well this time it's Doorways, a First Person Survival Horror game!

Doorways comes across in a very amnesia style of way, walking through dark passageways in a First Person viewpoint while solving puzzles and challenges. This title has a complex story and a deep atmosphere which every Horror game should have.

According to the developers we should prepare to immerse ourselves in augmenting pyschological terror and brace for jump-scares.Well I'm certainly up for that, if a game can scare me enough to make me jump in my seat then that's a positive winner in my gaming book.

I also like the idea of the puzzles, there is nothing worse with games having the same type of insanely difficult puzzle throughout the game, but not with this title. Dark Asylum has simple mind puzzles to timed and agility demanding situations, each level or scene in the game presents to you a different game play obstacle to overcome. Sound good right?

If you are a hardcore "unlocker gamer", this game has several secret places, collectible artifacts and hidden notes that engross your understanding of the back story and grant achievements for you to hunt! So it does have a back story which every game needs is a story in some way as this pushes the player ever further into a game to keep them occupied.
