A rather creepy slender style game has just appeared, so if you feel like playing with the lights out and head phones on just for a scare, this could well fit the style. This is Eleusis which is a 3d first-person adventure game developed by Nocturnal Works. It takes place in a seemingly abandoned village in Greece where the player character, while trying to seek refuge, finds himself in a place of mysterious events. But all is not as it seems, as this is when the scare factor starts to creep in
With the darkness and the loneliness of an abandoned village, the plot starts to unfold, your character finds clues that indicate that the village is a nest of a cult which plans to revive a dark force through an ancient ritual and harness its power. You'll face the challenge of unlocking the forgotten knowledge, through clues, puzzle solving and reading, but you better hurry, as it's to stop the evil cult from accomplishing their goal.
