Rabbit in Wonderland - Bunny hopping release for the ZX Spectrum!

Now this took us completely by surprise as Javier Fopiani has announced through twitter the release of 'Rabbit in Wonderland' for the ZX Spectrum 48 and 128k. A platform game powered by the Churrera Mojon Twins engine, you play as the White Rabbit and it's down to you as the most agile in the land to destroy all the looking glass portals to stop Alice from returning. If you don't do this, the evil queen will chop off your head!

In this platformer, you must hop from platform to platform while collecting stopwatches to give yourself enough time to smash mirrors, hearts to keep yourself alive if you end up damaged, and keys to unlock doors. However the main task is to smash all the mirrors before you can move onto the next part of the game. Be warned though that this isn't an easy task! As to destroy these mirrors you have to jump on top of them to be smashed, but if they touch you in any other way, you end up being hurt and you lose a heart.

Rabbit in Wonderland is a lovely game indeed and I'm grateful for the heads up on twitter to be able to play this ZX spectrum game. It has challenging but fun game play, nice enough detail, and to top it all off , it has a lovely musical tune with added sound effects!

For those of you who want to play it, you'll be pleased to know that it's available to download below in both English and Spanish.
