The Hobbit (Vah-ka's Cut) - A Lord of the Rings fan game for the Amstrad CPC & ZX Spectrum

Take a pinch of Lord of the Rings, add a bit of humor, mash it all up with some retro pixels, and you'll most likely end up with The Hobbit (Vah-ka's Cut), developed by The Mojon Twins for the Amstrad CPC and ZX Spectrum; a new game in which you must help Bilbo to find the treasure of Smaug without dying. To do this, you will have to do some things and such in a really cool scenario (apparently). Phantomas en el Museo - Another high quality Amstrad CPC game by The Mojon Twins

We have just been informed by both Saberman and Xenomorph, that The Mojon Twins has released their latest Amstrad CPC game of 'Phantomas en el Museo'.  An Arcade platformer, which isn't just a high quality game in a series of Phantomas titles, but playing as the most famous thief from the 80s, you are sent to retrieve 5 magnificant pieces of art for the museum that has been infested by ghosts and other such nasties. To coincide with this news, we've got a brief bit about the game as well as the gameplay video below.

Phantomas Tales 4 Severin Sewers - A high quality remaster of the 2012 ZX Spectrum game by The Mojon Twins

If you don't have a Commodore Amiga, but you do have a ZX Spectrum, then we have just been informed through Twitter, that The Mojon Twins has released their latest ZX Spectrum game of 'Phantomas Tales 4 Severin Sewers'.  An Arcade title which isn't just a high quality remaster of the 2012 ZX Spectrum game by The Mojon Twins, but also as a celebration commemorating the 25th and 26th anniversary of the character Phantomas. Impossamal - A very challenging and rather green ZX Spectrum game by The Mojon Twins

We were a bit late on this one but it's still worth mentioning, as thanks to another heads up by Saberman who has just posted a gameplay video, he has told us The Mojon Twins has released the ZX Spectrum game of Impossamal. This game available as a name your own price, puts you in the boots of Led Baratas, a famous pilot and bounty hunter on an impossible mission. To coincide with this news, Saberman has also done a video showing the game in action.

Jet Paco 2023 - A brand new game by The Mojon Twins for the Amstrad CPC!

Even though it's getting really late and I'm almost falling asleep at the keyboard, I thought it best to give a shout out to this new game that was recently released for the Amstrad CPC called 'Jet Paco 2023' by the Mojon Twins. A game in which you must traverse an abandoned ship full of dangerous perils to gather energonia crystals, a material used to power spaceships. To coincide with this late news story, Saberman was also kind enough to do a new video showing the game being played.

Pentacorn Quest - A great ZX Spectrum homebrew appears on the MSX1

Way back in 2015 we announced the release of a gorgeous ZX Spectrum game by José Ignacio Rodríguez and powered by The Mojon Twins called 'Pentacorn Quest'; A platformer which was regarded as a highly recommended and fun for all the family game. Well fast forward to this week however, and we've recently been informed by ArnaudDeKlerk, that Pentacorn Quest has now been released for the MSX1 via the MSXdev23 competition by Robosoft.To coincide with this news, we have some further information about the game below including another screenshot and a video soon from Saberman.

Ramiro el Vampiro IV- A brand new Amstrad CPC and ZX Spectrum game from The Mojon Twins

An early morning retro gaming news story has appeared, as thanks to another heads up by XeNoMoRPH who has just posted a gameplay video, he has told us that The Mojon Twins has released the Amstrad CPC and ZX Spectrum game of Ramiro el Vampiro IV.A game that puts you in control of Ramire the vampire, on a quest to collect some papyrus from an ancient Pyramid. A Pyramid that is said to be once ruled by the Sun god Aton. To coincide with this news, XeNoMoRPH has also done a video of the game which as ever can be viewed below.

We were a bit late on this one but it's still worth mentioning even on a Sunday, as thanks to another heads up by Saberman who has just posted a gameplay video for both versions, he has told us that The Mojon Twins has released the Amstrad CPC and ZX Spectrum game of Ramiro el Vampiro III. This game available as a name your own price, puts you in control of Ramire the vampire on a quest to collect some bloody mushrooms from the forest near Cheshire (province of Badajoz).

Zombie Calavera Prologue - Mojon Twins ZX Spectrum game gets an MSX Port by Oscar Toledo Gutiérrez

Are you wanting something a little more spooky instead of a text adventure jam created for Children. Then you might be pleased to learn, that as of today, Oscar Toledo Gutiérrez has released The Mojon Twins speccy game of ' Zombie Calavera Prologue ' over to the ColecoVision and MSX as a port that is completely free to play! This game originally released in 2010 puts you in control of Santos blinded with rage on a quest to chase Skinny to purgatory and if necessary, retrieve his beloved from the clutches of evil!

CHE-MAN - The Mojon Twins announces a multi-system game bonanza!

There has been a flood of gaming news this week and we haven't finished yet, as when we checked our emails this morning, we were told of a brand new game released by The Mojon Twins called ' CHE-MAN '. Yes indeed there's more games to enjoy, but unlike the other games announced as coming to one specific system, this one has been released for not only the Amstrad CPC, but the NES and the ZX Spectrum.

Sir Ababol - A new Amiga game port release for 2018!

Great news this afternoon as thanks to a heads up by our good friend Per-Ola Eriksson, we have learnt that the 8bit game of ' Sir Ababol ', which was designed by the Mojon Twins for the C64, ZX Spectrum and NES, has appeared on the Amiga as a port by Birra, Tom and Zoltar. This Amiga version started as an internal excerise learning how to make a direct port from C sources to Amiga Blitz Basic and this game is the end result!

Cheril the Writer - The Mojon Twins new NES game is now available

Bit late on this one I'm afraid as I was visiting family and had previously mentioned the game was coming, but The Mojon Twins have finally announced the release of their new game Cheril the Writer, which has been released for the NES. This game star's that lovable character Cheril who was also seen in their other game Mega Cheril Perils; previously released for the SEGA Genesis/Megadrive.

Titled as Cheril the Writer and due to be released soon, this is once again a platformer and will most likely feature high quality gameplay just like all their previous games.

Lala Prologue - A charming platformer by Digital Monastery is coming to a C64 near you

Bootèe - The Mojon Twins are teasing a new retro platformer [RELEASED]

The last article today and boy is it a good one, as we've just come across an announcement from the Mojon Twins that they are making a new platform game called 'Bootèe', which from the look of it could be released at some point this year ( Or very soon if we are lucky ). When we asked for more info regarding this game, The Mojon Twins told us it will be a simple platformer and the first one who sends them a screenshot of the ending will win a special compilation cassette for Spectrum and CPC!
