Citadel - Classic 90's Polish Amiga FPS gets an enhanced version by the original authors!

Trawling through our inbox looking for some decent updates to share on Indie Retro News, and we've just been given the heads up via Saberman, that the Polish first person shooter Amiga game of 'Citadel(Cytadela)' has been enhanced as a fixed and speed improved version thanks to the original authors. Now if you haven't heard of this game before, Citadel was released way back in 1995 by Black Legend, and some regard it as a great game if you have a fast Amiga, one of the best fps on the amiga.

According to Saberman who sent us the heads up today....After 25 years the authors of Cytadela / Citadel have not only released a fixed version for the Commodore Amiga which includes removing some bugs discovered over 20 years, but they've improved some aspects of the gameplay such as performance, player control, and an update of the in-game graphics and level design. They also go on to say this was done by Pawel Matusz and Artur Bardowski from the core Virtual Design team with help from Adam Nowakowski with preparing the final version of the WHDLoad install.
