Haunted Lands - Burial Grounds - An awesome action platformer homage to classic DOS games

It's the middle of the week and it's time for some fresh news to be announced! The first one up that comes highly recommended and has had a recent update, is Alevgor's action platformer 'Haunted Lands - Burial Grounds'. A game that isn't just a PC homage to classic DOS games such as Commander Keen, Dangerous Dave and Bio Menace, but you'll be fighting deadly demons and ghouls with a powerful shotgun at your disposal. Dangerous Fen in the Vasya's Mansion - A new platformer inspired by MS-DOS games such as Dangerous Dave

Haunted Lands wasn't the only game with an MS-DOS flavour, as another game has caught our attention trawling through the itch.io website, and that game is Crusader Raccoon's short platformer 'Dangerous Fen in the Vasya's Mansion'. This  game that's available to download for free (Albeit in Russian), is a four small level game, stuffed with tons of enemies, secrets and traps as a PC homage to classic DOS games such as Commander Keen, Dangerous Dave and Bio Menace.

This game which can be played either online or downloaded, is a high grade PC homage to classic DOS games such as Commander Keen, Dangerous Dave and Bio Menace with deadly demons, ghouls and a powerful shotgun!

Serious Dave - Action packed retro inspired runner free to play!

Inspired by "Dangerous Dave" and "Ruff 'n' Tumble'" from the Amiga, but with a lot of shooting, running and platform jumping involved. 'Serious Dave' is the latest top featured release by x246h00--r5 that really grabbed our attention. Even though it is still as a work in progress title and looking fantastic for such an early release, it already features 3 levels, 5 enemy types and all the weapons and upgrades you could need.
