WinUAE 3.2.0 Beta 16 - Toni Wilen announces feature complete Amiga beta emulator release

You may have noticed that we did not feature WinUAE 3.2.0 beta 15. That's because after a few issues noted with the release we decided to wait for the next, and sure enough, Toni Wilen has now released the latest Amiga emulator update as WinUAE 3.2.0 beta 16. But wait there's more! Unlike the other versions, this is a feature-complete release including 64-bit JIT and 64-bit PPC support. WinUAE 2.9.0 Beta 20 - Preliminary CDTV-CR emulation added!

The Amiga emulator "WinUAE" has had another beta build update today which further improves the emulation of both PPC and CDTV-CR. Although the emulator is constantly being updated by Toni Wilen, going by the feedback at least we can't be that far off from a final version. WinUAE 2.9.0 Beta 15 - Amiga QEMU PPC core support

After much waiting and wondering how far the PPC core development would progress, Toni Wilen has released the latest WinUAE 2.9.0 beta 15 with some pretty impressive improvements. One such member by the name of esc has commented that Amiga OS 4 loads considerably faster and so far PPC doom and quake are actually playable. But that's not all this beta has to offer, so make sure to check the changelog and download the best in Amiga emulators.

WinUAE 2.8.2(2.9.0) Beta 11 - AmigaOS 4.1 classic now bootable!

Over these last few weeks or so, Toni Wilen has been hard at work on the latest version of the Amiga Emulator WinUAE, which provided brand new features for PPC emulation. But as is the case with beta's, Toni was not happy with the current bug problems that caused a number of issues including a non bootable AmigaOS 4.1. But the good news today is, the developer has released WinUAE 2.9.0 beta 11 which not just fixes bugs but allows AmigaOS 4.1 Classic to boot. It would be well worth you updating if you wish to use AmigaOS 4.1 and to get the latest other bug fixes included in the changelog.

WinUAE 2.8.2 Beta 6 - New PPC update

First we had the big CD32 FMV update, then we had another big update regarding Accelerator Boards and today Toni Wilen has released the PPC update, much to the joy of Amiga retro heads. This being WinUAE 2.8.2 Beta 6 features PPC information, CyberStorm MK1, CyberStorm MK2 emulation, CyberStorm MK2 flash rom chip emulation and much much more.
