The Lost Treasure of Cuauhtemoc - Impressive Amstrad CPC game is coming soon!
In 2015 we gave you the heads up over an in development game for the Amstrad CPC, that wow'd most of our Amstrad readers. It was none other than 4Mhz Amstrad homebrew platformer ' The Lost Treasure of Cuauhtemoc', which was shown off in glorious high quality Amstrad detail. The Lost Treasure of Cuauhtemoc - Another lovely Amstrad CPC game in development!
Early this year as a first over any other site, we gave you the heads up over a new game for the Amstrad CPC which was set to light up our twitter feed in favs and re-tweets. It was none other than Sad1942's Amstrad homebrew platformer ' The Lost Treasure of Cuauhtemoc', in glorious high quality detail. Looking like a Castlevania, Pentacorn Quest and Rick Dangerous mash up, Sad's game looks very good indeed, with baddies to fight, platforms to jump and nasty traps to avoid all squished up into 64kb. So if you have an Amstrad CPC 464, this game may well be at the top of your list.

After the recent flood of C64 and jaw dropping ZX Spectrum games such as Castlevania and Pentacorn Quest, it seems to have pushed the Amstrad homebrew scene into action with the latest teased announcement of 'The lost treasure of Cuauhtemoc'. What looks to be an arcade platformer with very similar styles to Pentacorn, should hopefully see a release at some point this year.
