I couldn't believe the news today but it's very likely that a new sequel to The 7th Guest is going to appear on iOS, Android, PC and Mac. I remember playing 7th Guest just recently via my dos set up and it's a creepy game to behold. This sequel looks to bring the scary atmosphere and the damn hard puzzles of the original 7th Guest/11th Hour into this generation.
Original 7th Guest
7th Guest was produced by Trilobyte and originally released by Virgin Games in 1993, so you'll be pleased to know that the original Stauf Mansion is back and as the developers claim, as being set up as "something of a historical museum" honoring the series' antagonist. You will come across a place that is still very much haunted and unravel the story of what happened on that terrible night many years ago.
What's more The 7th Guest 3 includes some of the original team members and as it's 2013 and not the 90's, you'll be delighted with far higher graphics of that of the original games and plenty of new difficult puzzles, in a first person movie like experience.
There may well be a kickstarter to go with this if there are no other means of financial backing.
