Through all these years I've always been a purist when it comes to loading games on an Amiga. It just had to be via a floppy drive as that adds to the nostalgia from when I was a child. The problem however came about weeks ago when during its last load, the floppy drive was dead and working disks were becoming hard to track down.... Thus I had to move with the times. Welcome to the Gotek Floppy Emulator; a hardware device that allows you to use USB memory sticks to load floppy files, on not just an Amiga, but an Atari, Amstrad and many others!

Throughout the years we have been trying to feature as many SD based devices as we could, for a multitude of systems such as the Amstrad, C64, NES and the even the Sega Mega Drive. C64SD V3.0 Princess - The first SD2IEC with tap file support [Firmware/Menu Update]

Only just last month we were one of the first sites to give the C64SD V3.0 Princess a proper review; an incredible SD2IEC based hardware that also had the first Tape(*.tap) file support. We were so pleased with it, that even today it still remains as one of the most highly regarded devices for the C64 and a favourite amongst C64 retro gamers. As always we do try to give our readers the latest reviews in retro hardware devices that are a little bit more unusual in the grand scheme of things, from the UCassette, to the C64p, C64SD, 8bit's SD2IEC and the more recent Super Retro Trio Console. Also to note we will always give an honest review even if some companies prefer we didn't.
