More fantastic news today as Horikawa Otane has released the very latest version of Super Mario Bros. X 2.0. This is a rather large and impressive Mario fan game with well over 50 levels blending elements from Super Mario 1, 2, 3 and World. It has many power ups, such as the Ice Flower, Hammer Suit, Tanooki Suit, Kuribo's shoe, The Billy Gun, and Yoshi and can be played with a friend in the two player co-op mode. Also as a major bonus of this release it features new blocks, new characters and new NPC's.
Furthermore this fangame is most notable for its extensive level editor that allows you to create almost any kind of level that you can imagine. You can also create your own episode using either the SMB3 or SMW styled world map, or you can create a Mario 64 style hub level and have the players collect stars to advance. A most impressive update indeed, but hurry and download it as Nintendo have been issuing more than just a few take downs.
