Operencia: The Stolen Sun - Modern homage to classic first-person dungeon-crawlers gets a trailer

Gather your party, pick up your weapons and venture into the lands of Operencia, as the developers Zen Studios have just released a brand new trailer for their upcoming retro inspired Dungeon Crawler 'Operencia: The Stolen Sun'; a game which is due to be released next year on Steam as a modern homage to classic crawlers set in the land of Operencia. An unconventional fantasy world inspired by a faraway land referenced in countless Central European folktales.

Prepare yourself to fight against an unknown force who has abducted the Sun King Napkiraly, leaving Operencia in a state of perpetual darkness – and eventual doom. Traverse royal tombs and cursed castles, to an ascent up the World Tree to reach the Copper Forest of the Land of the Gods. Explore 13 diverse lands, fight many different menacing creatures, solve unique puzzles, equip your party along the way, meet memorable characters, and immerse yourself in a game with dynamic shadows, lighting and an orchesteral score composed by Arthur Grosz.
