Chuckie Egg 3 - Henhouse Harry, star of ZX Spectrum classic Chuckie Egg is back via Langford Productions

Retro gamers rejoice, as Henhouse Harry is officially back in Chuckie Egg 3 by Landford Productions! A brand-new title that ditches the adventure mechanics of Chuckie Egg 2 to return to its high-speed arcade roots of the original. Not only that, but while the game has been highly modernized for PC, you can even play in a Spectrum Mode with authentic Spectrum‑style graphics and beeper‑style sounds. If that doesn't pull you in however, then it also features 10 distinct scenes spanning 30 levels, ranging from classic single-screen arenas to massive 3×3 grids and more!

Retro gaming's favorite part-time farmhand and full-time egg collector faces his toughest shift yet. With Easter right around the corner, Harry must paint every egg on the farm and load them onto his delivery truck for a massive payday. The job is far from easy. The scattered, unpainted eggs are highly volatile and will instantly stun Harry upon contact. Players must sprint across platforms, climb ladders, and charge up Harry's paintbrush to color the eggs. Once painted, you must grab them quickly before they lose their value, and toss them into the lorry.

Harry is not alone on this chaotic farm. A host of angry hens, chicks, sheep, and hostile Easter bunnies are out to drain your life counter. To make matters worse, Mother Hen is back and furious about being left out of Chuckie Egg 2, making her a massive threat on the field. The core gameplay loop is simple but intense: paint, collect, deliver, and dodge anything that clucks, bleats, or hops.
