EON AMIGA AGA - Another video shown of this rather eye opening in-dev Amiga port

Another Amiga news story has appeared in our inbox that's worthy of a mention, as if you remember when we posted about the upcoming game called 'EON', which is an Amiga AGA game that looks very much like the classic Shadow of the Beast. Then as of this weekend the developers AmigaWave and Goblin have posted a brand new video! For those of you who haven't heard of this game before, it was apparently released way back in 2014 by Worderboy Bobi, as a short playable PC demo, inspired by games such as Shadow of the Beast or Lion Heart and classed as an action RPG with skill and items progression.

We've just been contacted by kikems through the EAB forums, of a number of games that have been made available through the AmigaWave Redpill games competition, that is sure to impressive even the most hardy of Amiga gamers. This competition which looks to have ended earlier in June was run by AmigaWave creators of Else We Get Mad! and revolved around the creation of games using the newest of Amiga game creation software, RedPill. This creation software could well be the best yet as going by what we've seen so far, it supports very smooth frame rates and great design features.

Furtum Sacrum - Amigawave's Medieval Amiga adventure gets an English demo

We've already featured this game (here) so I'll not go too much in depth with it, but sufficed to say Amigawave has now released the English demo version of their Medieval adventure game ' Furtum Sacrum ' for the Amiga. This is a promotional demo and shows the game as a work in progress and allows you to explore parts of the game as if it were a movie set, prior to the final release. According to the story teller, in the full version you'll have to solve crimes and find the offender set in the time of the pilgrimage.

Furtum Sacrum - Amigawave goes Medieval for the Amiga with a demo

Another day another homebrew release and this time it's for the Amiga and called ' Furtum Sacrum '. Developed by Amigawave, this Adventure demo takes us back to the Middle Ages, to a time of the pilgrimage in the Northwest of Spain, where monasteries are flourishing and people are offering services to pilgrims. In exchange for alms they also have their own sources of funding which includes their crops. To coincide with this historic news of the past, the developers have made available a Spanish demo with an English demo soon.
