Cayne - Free, isometric horror game from the creators of STASIS now on Steam!


We have just been contacted by The Brotherhood, the creators of Stasis, that they have announced the release of their FREE horror Adventure game ' Cayne ' on Steam, for PC, MAC, SteamOS and Linux. ' Cayne ' is an entire standalone game set in the Stasis universe, based around the expectant protagonist, Hadley, who has woken up in a deadly facility and must deal with many stomach-churning situations to break free!

Here at Indie Retro News our jaws have just dropped as from the creators of 'Stasis', we've just been told of two games that are in the pipeline that is sure be added to your most wanted list. The first one is ' Cayne ' an entire standalone game in the Stasis universe, based around the developers experience and emotion of the birth of a child and how much it can affect a family. But seeing as it is related to Stasis, expect a lot of gore and a lot of horror in Hadley's Story which can be seen in this latest bloody Cayne Trailer.

After many months of waiting in anticipation, Daedalic Entertainment and The Brotherhood have now launched the very latest trailer for their upcoming PC 2D isometric point and click bloody horror adventure of 'Stasis; which is due for release 31st August. Stasis follows the game-play mechanics of classics like Space Quest, Kings Quest, The Dig, Day of the Tentacle and the critically acclaimed Sanitarium, and twists it into a dark horror filled adventure set on a desolate spacecraft. This latest trailer shows off it's very creepy atmosphere with oodles of blood, and also the mention of a GOG and Steam release.

We've just been given the heads up from African based developer, Christopher Bischoff that his PC 2D isometric point and click adventure, Stasis has had a brand new update. Stasis follows the game-play mechanics of classics like Space Quest, Kings Quest, the Monkey Island series, The Dig and Day of the Tentacle and the critically acclaimed, Sanitarium and twists it into a dark horror filled adventure set on a desolate spacecraft. This latest update takes a look at the environments, mood and lighting on the Groomlake - the desolate spaceship setting for Stasis and from what I've seen is ready to drop jaws at just how beautiful this game is looking!
