Well here we are again as we are pleased to tell you that after much excitement and global Amstrad load ups of the brilliant preview, Batman Group has finally announced that they have released an almost accurate gaming experience to that of the Amiga 500 called " Pinball Dreams CPC "

If you thought Super Mario Brothers on the C64 was going to be the only highlight this year, then prepare for a shock. As we've just been tweeted via @BATMAN_GROUP that they are working on a racing game called 'Vespertino'; a game they claim will crown the Amstrad CPC as the best 8-bit platform! Yes indeed from the same team who is working on the amazing Amiga to Amstrad CPC port of Pinball Dreams and through 28 years of productions for several productions, comes a new game that will apparently eclipse them all!

Before I begin I would like to say a huge sorry to those of you who came to the site during this week and haven't had any updates from myself regarding new game news. That was because I had some awful issues at home which nearly affected myself and the site itself. Thankfully things are settling down now and we can move on with the latest news that the fantastic Amiga pinball game ' Pinball Dreams ' by Digital Illusions CE in 1992, has once again appeared in our news feeds with all four tables shown off for the upcoming Amstrad CPC port by Batman Group.

While many of us are eagerly waiting Batman Group's Amstrad CPC port of the classic Amiga game ' Pinball Dreams ' by Digital Illusions CE, Batman Group has once again shocked us with just how good the Amstrad CPC could've been, if games were done correctly in the past rather than many of the shoddy ports released all those years ago ( Yes you R-Type! ). As an impressive showing, a member by the name of Rhino has released a demo disk, which has some elements to simulate a Mario style game with pixel precise scroll with a new routine pixel to pixel, 50 fps overscan on the Amstrad CPC!

Pinball Dreams CPC Preview - Is the Amstrad port preview of an Amiga classic any good?

Amiga simulation classic Pinball Dreams has made the jump to Amstrad CPC in spectacular fashion. This is an early preview of what we hope will be a complete game, brought to us by the impressive Batman Group (responsible for the Batman Forever demo). For the meanwhile, we have the delights of the BeatBox table to have a bash at, so I take a look into this with very non-biased eyes... erm.. Well finally the game has actually been shown at the Retrosevilla and those that have seen it say it's looking very smooth indeed!

Oh yes indeed, from the creators of the eye popping scene demo Batman Forever ' Batman Group ', will bringing the Amiga game to life on the 8bit system with a possible October release date. But that is not all, as according to the team, whereas Batman Forever demo used 60% of the Amstrad CPC potential, Pinball Dreams will only use 40%!

Scene Demo Demography - Amiga demo scene release ready for PC usage!

I never thought I'd see the day that 'The Company.PL' would start releasing famous Amiga demo scene releases through their packed up exe packages for the PC. But this week they did just that with the jaw dropping 'Batman Group Demography' from the early 90's to the year 2014. For those of you who don't know who these scene demo artists are, 'Batman Group' is better known for their "Batman Vuelve" demo (Amiga) and the instant-classic CPC demo "Batman Forever". But not content with just that, The Company.PL have packed together EVERY Batman Group Amiga release and also other demo scene groups such as 'Appendix' Demography and 'The Black Lotus' Demography.
