I remember Dragon's Lair very well, from the Amstrad version with the jumping of platforms or trying to stay on the spinning disk without being blown off, or the interactive animated version which appeared as a laserdisc in which you needed to press a specific direction at the right time to survive. Well if you too remember Dragon's Lair, I'd highly recommend checking out the incredible effort of Hache who has redone the Dragon's Lair II Time Warp's animated intro entirely in Personal Paint on the Amiga frame by frame!

Kaizo Trap - This is some seriously awesome animation!
Usually we bang on about games and music videos related to gaming, but this might be unlike anything you've seen before! Created by Guy Collins Animation, ' Kaizo Trap ' is a full on animated video showing what could possibly happen if your other half was trapped in a NES video game and you had to save him. Not only is the animation of high quality, but everything about this video will make your jaw drop from both the level design and music by Leslie Wai. Watch as she dies again and again, but just keeps on going, just as you and I would with a handy push of the continue button!

Dragon’s Lair: The Movie - An incredible game classic aims for an animated movie Kickstarter success!
Originally released in 1983 was an epic laserdisc video game that many people still remember today, and that game was Dragon's Lair, which was originally published by Cinematronics. It was so special, in the fact that not only was it a game, but it allowed you to play in an interactive experience in a cartoon animation. You didn't just watch a cartoon, you played it! What would be a simple of task of selecting the right actions at the right time, was usually met with certain cartoon death. But today's news is a very special Kickstarter announcement, as Don Bluth and Gary Goldman are coming together once again to bring the classic arcade game Dragon's Lair to the big screen.
Scene Demo Demography - Amiga demo scene release ready for PC usage!
I never thought I'd see the day that 'The Company.PL' would start releasing famous Amiga demo scene releases through their packed up exe packages for the PC. But this week they did just that with the jaw dropping 'Batman Group Demography' from the early 90's to the year 2014. For those of you who don't know who these scene demo artists are, 'Batman Group' is better known for their "Batman Vuelve" demo (Amiga) and the instant-classic CPC demo "Batman Forever". But not content with just that, The Company.PL have packed together EVERY Batman Group Amiga release and also other demo scene groups such as 'Appendix' Demography and 'The Black Lotus' Demography.

The Amiga comes alive on your desk top from Pixel Nation!
After the recent acquisition of the biggest Commodore Amiga Facebook group, we knew for a fact that at some point there would be a post that would really cause a big fuss in the community. No it's not the tedious 30 year old computer heating a school, but it is a rather impressive short animation project by Pixel Nation of an Amiga game as if it was playing out on your computer desk! Don't believe me, then check out these two videos from PN showing what would happen if Cannon Fodder or Wings Of Fury was to happen right before your very eyes!
