Pauldron - A RedPill developed blaster for the Amiga that looks pretty decent! [UPDATE]

The last news article from me and one I think looks pretty cool! Is a new Commodore Amiga game that's in development called 'Pauldron' by Zener, Sandman and Fireb0y. A game that's not only being developed using RedPill, but it's a top scrolling blaster featuring AGA graphics at 64 colors (144 total), transparency effects, 4 songs, 3 stages, 9 enemies and 11 power ups. If you're looking for more awesome news this week, then we have just been told by Saberman, that the previously released ZX Spectrum game of ' Xenoblaster ' by Tony Kingsmill, has been updated with AY music for the 128k. For those of you haven't heard of this game before, Xenoblaster is a top down Shoot 'em up game which is not only available to download right now, but also as a physical release that's still available through CRONOSOFT.

Satryn - A wickedly awesome blaster released for Windows and Linux

If you're looking for a game to pass the time where it's all about the intense blasting action, then you've come to the right place. As once again looking through the itch website, we've come across a rather cool looking game called ' Satryn Gameplay ' developed by Maybell. This game available for the PC aka both Linux and Windows, is an infinite twin stick shooter that's completely free to play.. Although donations are welcomed!

ZeroRanger - Chaotic Shoot 'em up gets a demo, release on Steam 24th August

If slashing creatures and protecting your lovable pet is not the game for you, then how about system-erasure's 'ZeroRanger', which from the look of it is a rather chaotic and intense vertical scrolling 2D shoot'em up that is available to play test with a demo, and Steam launch 24th August. According to the creators the story is that the decisive day draws closer as the forces of unknown alien menace GREEN ORANGE keep approaching. In order to counter this invasion, a special training demo has been developed to prepare our second greatest fighters for the attack.
