Cuba 1898 - A new Amiga game from Iron Gate
Another Amiga game to get us through the rest of the weekend, as thanks to a heads up from Saberman on his holiday return, he has told us Iron Gate has released the action platformer game ' Cuba 1898 ' for the Commodore Amiga. This game developed by jojo073 with music by Ricardo Vieira, is a new game that has been developed using backbone, graphics made in Deluxe Pain V, set with a 16 colour palette at 320x256 resolution.
All Valley Karate Championship - Karate Kid inspired game for the Commodore Amiga
Iron Gate is back in the news this week, as after previously releasing games such as The Zing, The Real Brus Lii and Mini Legión, they've now gone and released an Amiga game called ' All Valley Karate Championship ' for the EAB game development contest 2019. Now if the image above rings any bells, then that's probably because this Karate game by jojo073 and team, looks to be inspired by the classic movie Karate Kid.
Cuba 1898 - A new Amiga game in development from Iron Gate
Another year is upon us, which means throughout 2019 we are sure to get even more games appearing on systems such as the Amiga, C64 or even the ZX Spectrum. Sure enough as in the case of the developer Iron Gate who created games such as The Zing, The Real Brus Lii and Mini Legión they have since announced a new game to take us into 2019 and that is Cuba 1898. A very early stage announcement of a game that has inspirations to Konami's late 80's game of Green Beret.
A Christmas Carol - A festive game for the Amiga from Iron Gate
Iron Gate is certainly no slouch when it comes to making Amiga games, games such as The Zing, The Real Brus Lii and Mini Legión to name but a few. This time however Iron Gate is going all festive as recently they released their Amiga Christmas game ' A Christmas Carol' , which was developed by José A. Gonzáles (Jojo 073) with music by Cueik. Now I know some of you are very vocal when it comes to Iron Gate games, but hey atleast it's Christmas!
The Real Brus Lii - A Backbone based Amiga game available now
Amiga users looking for their next Amiga game fix, might be interested to know that Iron Gate, the same team behind Mini Legion, have announced a new downloadable game called The Real Brus Lii. This side scrolling fighting game puts you in control of Brus on a rescue mission to save your kidnapped girlfriend from a criminal organization, hell bent on stopping you from entering the martial arts tournament.
Mini Legión - A new Amiga game set for release next week [UPDATE]
Even more Amiga news to get through this week as we've been informed that 'Mini Legión ', which is in development by Iron Gate for the Amiga, has been announced as coming to a download near you as of next week [See Update]. This game as the second in a trilogy of small mini games will not only be released as a free download, but the developers are also going to make a number of physical boxes by request at the price of €10 + shipping costs.
