GODS Remastered - The Bitmap Brothers classic Platformer overhauled needs your Greenlight votes


A special heads up for Friday as The Bitmap Brothers classic 'Gods'; a Platformer from 1991 that appeared on multiple platforms including my favourite computer, the Amiga. Is getting an all new HD remaster to be released third quarter 2017, that currently needs your Steam Greenlight votes. In this famous game featuring the lyrics " Into the wonderful ", you control the legendary Hercules in his quest to achieve immortality, your task is to rid your city of demons by defeating them while also solving puzzles, picking up items, pulling levers and completing each set level.

Xenon 2 : Megablast - Amiga & Atari ST Shoot em up blasts its way onto the Atari Jaguar!


We've just had a real shocker of info in our mail box today, as that incredible shoot em up, ' Xenon 2 : Megablast ' from 1989, is finally available as a pre-order for the Atari Jaguar as a commercial release. Originally designed by those famous developers The Bitmap Brothers, and regarded as one of their most popular games for the Amiga and Atari ST (later ported to other systems), puts you in control of your very own space ship, blasting space monsters, collecting power ups and buying upgrades! A bloody fine game indeed and now Xenon 2 for the Atari Jaguar has the full blessing of Mike Montgomery, and converted over to the Atari Jaguar by Atariage user Cyrano Jones, with a brand new soundtrack by 505!

The original Chaos Engine was an incredible game released in 1993, and developed by the very famous Bitmap Brothers. It was a well known title that at it's core, was for the Amiga in which one or two players battled in a top down shooter genre against the evil creations of the titular Chaos Engine. With four landscapes to traverse and weapons to use it was an extremely popular game on any system.
