Seal Crazy Col. Madd Remix - An Amiga Module has been found and partially recovered!

Some time ago we used to feature many of Aaron White's Amiga related music updates, up until the point of Youtube digging their claws in and issuing a copyright claim on anything remotely related to pop music even if it was very well done on the Amiga but not a 100% copy. Still even with that going on we just had to mention this piece of news, as thanks to Arron himself, he's come across a digitized Protracker version of Crazy by Seal, which has never been seen on the internet before!

Sydney Hunter & The Sacred Tribe - New ColecoVision footage and coming to the C64!

Many years ago, in the 80's in fact, some of us were found in front of our TV's playing the great adventure platformer ' Montezuma's Revenge ', which was released on multiple platforms. As we said before it combined treasure hunting, lots of rooms, puzzle solving and deadly traps and enemies that needed to be avoided almost as if you were playing as Indiana Jones himself. But now not only do we have new gameplay footage to show you from the previously released Sydney Hunter & The Sacred Tribe on the ColecoVision but Acclaim are bringing the game to the C64!

I've just come back from celebrating my sisters 16th birthday party and what better way to continue the fun than listening to another top set of remixes by none other than Aaron White! This is the 'RGDS & Indie Retro News Presents - Conversions & Compositions' for the Amiga. A 6 track album featuring a mix of covers and originals! Tunes in the list include, Crack Pipe, Re-Keygen, San Jose, Toki, Here I Am by UB40 and the other one Bear, which is from the forthcoming C64 game by Graham Axten or as he's known in the developer C64 scene (Toki). What a great set of music indeed, so turn those speakers up, it's going to be a long night!

RGDS Podcast & Indie Retro News Presents - C64 Covers & Inspiration for the Amiga!

While I try my best to get over this ghastly flu, I thought I'd give a quick shout out for Aaron Whites new Amiga album release 'RGDS Podcast & Indie Retro News Presents - C64 Covers & Inspiration'. Now as you may have already heard but just recently Covert Bitops released a truly awesome C64 game called ' Hessian '. It is an action adventure game with a high attention to detail, with lots of enemies, rooms and much more. Well Aaron White has taken the soundtrack from that C64 game including the loader, and given them that sweet Amiga remix treatment. Oh and he's also done Knight N Grail, Rockmaze, Jack The Nipper II and his very own original C64 tune! What a great album indeed, and if it wasn't for this illness I'd certainly turn it up very loud!

RGDS Podcast Presents - Born Slippy (Indie Trance Remix) for the Amiga

Aaron White of RGDS Podcast has gone back to his other speciality, remixing old music tracks onto the Amiga. This time though he's done a bit of Trainspotting, as he has released the RGDS Podcast Presents - Born Slippy (Indie Trance Remix); a trance remix of Born Slippy, the massive number one track by Underworld, taken from the film Trainspotting! Overall though, this is a very decent remix that would sound great with a big Subwoofer, oh and if you're interested, they are making a sequel to the Trainspotting movie!

Indie Retro News & RGDS Podcast Amiga DOS Special!

I'm sure many of you will agree with me, but Aaron White is becoming a bit of a legend in the Amiga scene. He has done countless albums now going right back to 2014. From C64 remixes and 80's tracks, to Amiga PDs and even a more recent Sega Master System Hits Vol 1. But for me although these are mighty fine releases, I always like to challenge people to push their skills to the limit. So I said to him, " Can you convert PC MS-DOS tracks to the Amiga and if so, can you convert these? " Sure enough after some teasing over the weekend, here we have ' The Indie Retro News and RGDS Podcast Amiga DOS Special ' from Aaron White of RGDS Podcast. A small part 1 album, with remixed game soundtracks such as One Must Fall, Aladdin, Doom, Empire Civil War and The Lion King.

RGDS Podcast Presents - 2 In A Retrogaming Tent (When I'm Cleaning Podcasts)‏ AMIGA!

Well it looks as if I was right beforehand, Aaron White has definitely gone bonkers, as he's just gone and released an even weirder track than the previous one. Another sampled remix for the Amiga, this time he's remixed an old George Formby classic ' When I'm Cleaning Windows ', or should that be, ' When I'm Cleaning Workbench ' ;). But anyway, this is the 'RGDS Podcast Presents - 2 In A Retrogaming Tent (When I'm Cleaning Podcasts)‏' release, which is a very upbeat, toe tapping track that will make you feel like you want to go line dancing!

RGDS Podcast Presents - Are You Being Served RGDS I'm Free Amiga Remix

Now I'm not sure if Aaron White has gone completely mental as this could well be his craziest Amiga sampled drum and bass remix yet. In fact this release came about as a bit of fun and an "in joke" between the guys at the RGDS Podcast with them saying ' I'm Free ' to record an episode. And so it came to be that Aaron White of RGDS Podcast released the ' RGDS Podcast Presents - Are You Being Served RGDS I'm Free Amiga Remix ' as a fun take on ' I'm Free ' from the legend that is John Inman in Are You Being Served (BBC). It may not be Aaron's best ever release but it sounds great and most certainly has a comedic charm.

The RGDS Podcast Presents - Sega Master System Hits Vol 1 (Amiga)

After a good few months of 80's musical hits remixed for the Amiga, Aaron White has finally gone back to what he is seriously good at, and that's remixing gaming tunes from old systems such as the C64. However this time instead of doing C64 tunes he's decided grab six Sega Master System classics that are well known by so many such as Shinobi, Wonderboy, Renegade, Choplifter, Shadow Dancer, and Wonder Boy Dragons Trap, all tuned up for your Amiga pleasure. This is ' The RGDS Podcast Presents - Sega Master System Hits (Indie Volume One) ' in partnership with Indie Retro News, what a great way to start your weekend!

Double Amiga music release by Aaron White - Felix & Craig David

Instead of doing a single track release write up we decided to wait for another so it was just that little bit more special for our Amiga readers. And sure enough this weekend, Aaron White from RGDS Podcast has released a sampled remix of  Felix - Don't you want me  ( A 90's dance track ) and Craig David When The Bassline Drops (Recent Track) for the Amiga.  Although I find Felix to be the better of the two as it was a seriously good tune in its day, I really hope that Aaron goes back to his fantastic C64 to Amiga conversions as those are very popular with our readers.

Scooter - Sampled and remixed on the Amiga by Aaron White!

Finally an Amiga sample and remix tune from Aaron White of RGDS Podcast that I can actually turn up as loud as possible and listen to. It's the RGDS Podcast Presents - Scooter (Friends) Indie Retro Remix, remixed from an original tune that was a massive hit across Europe in 1994. Oh yes indeed, if you love those hard dance, hardcore style beats then this will suit you perfectly. Just wait till later and we will even have it up on Youtube!

17Bit Amiga PD album has been found and released by Aaron White!

Late last year Aaron White of RGDS Podcast, released a number of Amiga Preservation (AmigaPD) disks from a poor condition collection that according to him, as far he knew, where not available anywhere else. He repaired as many as he good and released them to the general public. Well today we've once again been given the heads up by Aaron, as after searching through about 500 more Amiga PD disks he's come across a long lost music disk from 17-Bit PD, which was removed back in the day due to the worry of getting hit with a copyright infringement

RIP David Bowie - A tribute Amiga release by Aaron White

As many of you know by now David Bowie passed away today at the age of 69 after a long battle with Cancer. He was one of the most influential musicians of his era and did well known tunes such as Space Oddity, Starman and Ashes to Ashes. But now in tribute to David Bowie, Aaron White of RGDS has released the Amiga remix ' RGDS Podcast Presents - A Tribute To David Bowie (Little Wonder) '. This is a remix of the dance/drum & bass track that he released back in 1997 and reached number 14 in the UK charts!

SL2 - On A Ragga Tip - Aaron White's latest sampled remix for the Amiga -

As my Amiga Forever 2016 gaming storage is nearly complete, I still haven't got around to testing out floppy disk based games or files such as ADF's. So a good test today was being able to run Aaron White of RGDS Presents latest sampled remix of a 1992 number 1 hit the charts, ' SL2 - On A Ragga Tip '. Although I was not a fan of this tune during it's high point, it is Aaron's and if anything it actually sounds better than the original. So download and listen and trip back to the 90's!

RGDS Presents - A Happy Retrogaming New Year 2016 by Aaron White! (Amiga)

Well here we are straight into 2016 with a bad hangover from a night of celebrations, hell we even had a message late last night from Aaron telling us this was ready, but that wasn't going to happen as I tried to find my footing! But as it's a new day in a new year, we better get our act together and mention another brilliant Amiga soundtrack album download with the RGDS Presents - A Happy Retrogaming New Year 2016 by Aaron White and sponsored by us Indie Retro News!

A Chip Off The Old Block - RGDS Presents a 9 track Amiga album release

While we wait for that Indie Retro News special, Aaron White of RGDS Podcast has done another album for your Amiga listening pleasure. Titled ' A Chip Off The Old Block ', this 9 track album is a rather chippy upbeat release that sounds fantastic as soon as you press those numbered buttons. What's more Aaron has also done two well known tunes that even I remember, such as Nik Kershaw's Don't Let The Sun Go Down On Me and Green Day's American Idiot. Other tracks include Want a Cracktro, Tick Tock, Pop Blizzard, It's A Reggae Diner, Click and Paste, Egyptian Temple and Chippington Town, all available as a single ADF download.

RGDS Podcast Presents - An Adamski Killer Remix by Aaron White (Amiga)

It's that time again when we mention another Aaron White remix presented by RGDS Podcast! Unlike the previous C64 to Amiga converted tunes and the Christmas album, he's gone back to his upbeat youth with even more Dance remixed samples from tunes that were played non stop on the radio way back in the 90's. This remix however is such a brilliant tune even I remember listening to it in my Mum's XR3i. It's none other than the number 1 smash killer from 1990 by Adamski, featuring Seal on Vocals. It's such a trip down memory lane, Aaron has filled the disk to the brim with samples coming in at over 4 mins long.... Oh and make sure to listen to the vocals, as they sound top!

A Merry Christmas & A Happy New Year Amiga release from RGDS Podcast

When I was a teenager I was probably the only one who celebrated Christmas months in advance, I even had Christmas lights up in my bedroom window for Nov 5th, much to my Mothers annoyance. But what I remember the most year in year out, was having my Amiga connected up to a big CRT TV and a Christmas tree on my left hand side *Sobs*. But I'm not the only one who celebrates Christmas early, as Aaron White wanted us to mention his ' A Merry Christmas & A Happy New Year Amiga release from RGDS Podcast ' last month. However we agreed to hold it back at least until December, and with just about three weeks to go, here is Aaron Whites next Amiga album, with 10 classic tracks for you and your family.

Indie Retro News and RGDS Podcast Amiga Album Special!

As you well know I am a huge fan of the C64 to Amiga conversion tracks done by Aaron White of RGDS Podcast. Month after month he has done his own flavoured remixes and full conversions from classics that are well known in the retro gaming scene such as Bruce Lee, Paper Boy, Flimbo's Quest, Shinobi, Pacland and New Zealand Story. He has even does his own sampled mixes of classic 90's dance tracks. But from this I sent him a challenge, I wanted him to do an Indie Retro News special, a special that is full of my personal choices that not only sound upbeat on the C64 but could almost be worthy of being played through a hi-fi system. But that's not all, I wanted to see if he could remix a PC cracktro tune and sure enough, he has gone beyond my expectations and fulfilled my every request.
