Nelumbo - Amiga Lotus gets a PC modernization via Almost There Games [V2.0 UPDATE]

Nelumbo brilliantly fuses all three legendary titles into one rebuilt package, hopefully preserving the distinct character of the original releases while introducing modern refinements for today's hardware.

It's time to rejoice Amiga owners, as the 'International Amiga Day 2015' is finally here! Red Hot Overdrive - Impressive free racer with a hint of nostalgia

I'm not usually one for writing articles at midnight, but when I checked out Red Hot Overdrive by AprilSkies I knew my readers would be in for a treat. For those of you who remember games such as Outrun or Lotus on the Amiga, this is one of those games. A third person racing experience that takes us back to the gaming 90's with cool weather effects, great music and the thrill of the speed.

Game Info : For me, Lotus released during the 90's was one of the best racing games on the Amiga, it was so much fun, with great graphics and the ability to race your friend(s) in split screen. It gave a true speed feeling, whizzing past other cars on the road or through tunnels trying to come first place. What's more, it even had weather affects! Not to be left out though, the music was very very good, I can even hear the music going through my head right now, do do do do, ok I'll stop now.
