Spy Kombat - Another side scrolling shooter entry in the SEUCK Compo 2025 for the C64!

I was scrolling through the TND SEUCK Compo 2025 entries to see if there's anything decent worth mentioning, and I've come across a new entry in the SEUCK compo called 'Spy Kombat' by Pinov Vox. A game in which you play as Shancky, a secret agent, and must put a stop to Mr. X and his evil henchmen to retrieve the "Shadow" organization's defense plans. To coincide with this news, Saberman has sent us some gameplay footage which can be viewed below.

Thunder Bird - A Western themed action shooter by Eleanor Burns for the C64

When it comes to games developed using the SEUCK engine, they are usually Shoot 'em ups that vary in quality, with some feeling a bit boring and rather samey. Thankfully 'Thunder Bird' by Eleanor Burns is an exception. As not only is it a Western themed action six shooter platformer, but you'll have fun blasting different enemies with gun in hand such as snakes and nasty miners. Lunar City - An action blaster by TND released for the Commodore 64 [Final Version Update]

It's time for the Commodore 64 community to get a retro gaming news heads up, as earlier today we were informed by our good friend and Youtubber Saberman, that TND has released a new game for the C64 called 'Lunar City'; A challenging space shooting gallery type of game that's available to download or play online via itch io! To coincide with this news, Saberman has also done a video showing the game in action.

VIOS - Enhanced Edition by Carl Mason for the Commodore 64

Trawling through the latest The New Dimension entries looking for a decent C64 game to play, and one that stood out in the crowd was Carl Mason's updated and enhanced Commodore 64 Shoot em up of ' VIOS '. This game according to The New Dimension, is an updated version of the game which now features special enhancements such as a new front end, a hi score table, as well as other bits described in the information below the gameplay video provided by Per Ola Eriksson and Saberman.

Diamond - A C64 vertical scrolling Shoot 'Em Up makes an appearance via Pinov Vox

Yet another game for you to enjoy, as we've recently been informed by Per Ola Eriksson, Saberman and The New Dimension, that if you're looking for a cool Shoot 'em up to play right now, then make sure to check out Pinov Vox's Commodore 64 game of 'Diamond''; A fun arcade blaster in which piloting your Space Craft Diamond, you must fly your spaceship into the deep void of space blasting through many waves of deadly alien invaders. To coincide with this news, Saberman has done a new gameplay video which can be as always viewed below.

Gyro Run - An Arcade spinner game via TND for your C64

Are you looking for a new game for your C64 that isn't a platformer or a shooter, then have we got just the game for you! As trawling through the TND website, we've just come across a new game from Richard Bayliss, Hugues Poisseroux and Martin Piper called 'Gyro Run'; a fun hi-score attack party challenge game in which you need to spin your spinner around the game screen collecting tasty treats for points and avoiding deadly skulls.

Starfysh - Wicked blaster released for the C64 by TND!


Sam's Journey isn't the only game worth talking about this month, as The New Dimension has released a rather lovely C64 Shoot 'em up called ' Starfysh ', which was programmed and music by Richard Bayliss and graphics by Shaun Pearson. Now if you love the classic game Delta, then this game is the game for you, as not only does it look like a clone of that game, but it has varied enemies, different enemy wave patterns, multiple levels and the need to blast everything in your path for a decent score!

Cruiser X-79 - A new C64 shoot em up in development by TND64


Even more C64 news to keep you company as The New Dimension have announced a new shoot em up titled as ' Cruiser X-79 ', that is currently in development with music by our personal favourite SID guru Richard Bayliss. Announced via a gameplay teaser, this latest game is currently being migrated and is being written in C64PRGStudio V3.0.1. Also as the video shows it features new music, in game sound effects, temporary graphics and 4 test alien formations.

Super ACE 1942 - TND's SEUCK C64 game inspired by a classic!


In 1984 a great shoot em up was released for the Arcade by Capcom and that game was 1942. A game in which you shoot down enemy planes, avoided being shot out of the sky and performed awesome rolls while collecting power ups. One of the more unusual power ups was being escorted by two other planes in formation that gave you the edge. It was an awesome game and still is today, but thanks The New Dimension we have a brand new SEUCK game on the C64 that is inspired by 1942 and is called ' Super ACE 1942 '.

Popo Buum - A brand new SEUCK C64 game from Roberto Ricioppo


Roberto Ricioppo is back with a brand new SEUCK release for the C64, the same developer who has released countless other SEUCK games has now released his next game as ' Popo Buum '! This is an action shooter with a great intro tune, that features a yellow alien, whose home is being invaded by deadly aliens that you must defend against!

Blap 'n Bash - TND have gone breakout C64 crazy!


Today's special C64 release by TND ( The New Dimension ) is not a SEUCK development, but a game that takes the Breakout way of playing and turns it completely on it's head.  Coded by Richard, ' Blap 'n Bash ' has the usual bat styled game play but adds that something extra which makes the game both unique to play while completely screwing with your mind!

3000 Kung Fu Maniacs Demo - C64 game tease by Psytronik Software


Behold the latest demo release from Psytronik Software! A 1 level playable C64 preview demo of an upcoming fighting game "3,000 Kung Fu Maniacs". According to TND The idea of this game is to help your Master of Awesome fight his way across the streets of Ninjasville, punching and kicking those evil ninjas out of the way. Programmed by Alf Yngve (Using SEUCK) & Richard Bayliss (Enhancements) this butt kicking fighting game is just another worthy Psytronik addition!
