RETSNOM - Puzzle platformer with mirror flipping mechanics, gets a Steam Greenlight campaign

RETSNOM developed by SOMI is the latest puzzle platform game to get a Steam Greenlight campaign. A puzzle platformer in which you need to get a cure to save your daughter from becoming a Zombie. Unlike other puzzle games however this one features an unusual game mechanic which enables the mirror flipping of platforms and objects to solve puzzles and reach new places. The mirror can be flipped in a multitude of ways, either left or right or up and down, basically in way you see fit to solve a puzzle or to find the exit.

Drift Stage - 1980's style racer gets an alpha demo!

Although the developers have not kept in contact we were pleased to see that this 1980's style racer game has not only been a Steam Greenlight success but they have recently released an Alpha demo. Featuring rich colours and fast paced racing with old school cars, Drift Stage really does take you back to the 80's and speeds it up to spec with the latest modern features.  Features such as a full single player mode, character oriented career mode, circuit races, leader board chasing time trials and for those that want to play with others, local split screen and online multiplayer. Hopefully we will know more with a Kickstarter soon!

Dead Synchronicity Tomorrow Comes Today - A Kickstarter success for this awesome looking Adventure by Fictiorama Studios (Alpha Demo!)

The recently announced point and click adventure title Dead Synchronicity has just thrust it's way through the kickstarter success goal, reaching $47,148 with still 23hrs to go! The developer : Fictiorama Studios must be overjoyed to have such a success, as I can see why, as the graphical style and story appeals to most. Dead Synchronicity : Tomorrow Comes Today features space-time distortions, concentration camps, a dystopian atmosphere... and a dark, bloodstained plot. Not just that but the game also pays homage to classic adventure titles such as The Secret of Monkey Island, Broken Sword & Day of the Tentacle, but with a more mature theme. So before the Kickstarter ends, throw some more pledges there way to reach extra stretch goals!

Combat takes place in pausable real time, and if the ship is destroyed or the crew lost, the game ends, requiring the player to restart.
