We've just been given the heads up on our Facebook page by the main developer Robbie Crossfield, for the first 1.0 release of the open sourced version for Cannon Fodder as ' OpenFodder 1.0 '. Yes indeed, that retro classic with all it's " War has never been so much fun " charm from 1993 by Sensible Software, is open source ported by Robert and based upon the DOS CD version with the Amiga Format Christmas Special Edition included!

But the news of today comes from Robert Crossfield, the developer behind the open source port of the original as ' Open Fodder '.
