Nemesis Online - Free retro online Shoot em Up

My favourite genre are Shoot em ups and this game is no exception. Nemesis Online is a multiplayer remake of the saga of games Nemesis, Gradius, Salamander and Parodius that Konami made many moons ago. This is a free game of up to eight players simultaneously via online play with more than 35 stages. What's more, there are even more ships to play with, so you're not limited to just the one!

Hot News for WarZ! - New anti cheat : Punkbuster

It has been a long time coming, but WarZ the online survival zombie apocalypse game will at some point have a proper anti-cheat system, which has been seriously lacking thus far. The cheating has put many people off from the game, including myself. Even with all it's updates including new graphics, voip, it mattered not if people were cheating. But today we've got the news annoucement most of us have been waiting for. OP Productions LLC has contracted with Even Balance, Inc. to integrate our PunkBuster™ Anti-Cheat software into the survival mmo Zombie Game known as The War Z, developed by Hammerpoint Interactive. 

Starbound - Action / Adventure / RPG From the developers of Terraria ready for Preorder!

Gamers rejoice as Starbound, from the developers of Terraria, the hit Action, Adventure, Rpg game which sold over 50,000 copies is now available for pre-order. Starbound is not a sequel but based on the same type of Terraria principal. In Terraria you created your own story, spoke to friends, made rooms, built huge forts, dug deep into the earth, wacked your pickaxe at blocks for resources, created better and better items while killing evil bosses and much more. In Starbound it is very much a new game, new ideas but still that Terraria feel is there. With a space like feel, new worlds to visit and strange new creatures, plus much more, I'm sure this game will be a massive hit, so as from the ending of this post I'm going to pre-order!

War Z - Updated Colorado map

Although I haven't played WarZ for sometime and especially as this Online Zombie Apocalypse game has been attacked by hackers left right and center. The developers are pushing out a new map update at some point during May 2013. This will be a graphical update to the cities of Colorado and as for any other updates to the map, we will have to wait and see. As for me, I'll probably be playing DayZ Epoch!

Even though I still play this game, not as much I might add, it's nice to see it's still being developed, especially as it's on Steam... Again! So let's see what's coming up this Tuesday from the Dev Diary, 3/1. This is an online zombie apocalypse game, if you didn't know that already.

Bomberman - Massively Multiplayer Online Retro Goodness

Fancy playing an online game with over 1000 players? Remember the good old days of Bomberman? Well here's a massively multiplayer online version called Bombermine, which you can play with so many players, it's as if they are all sitting in your living room with a controller.  Pick up special items, place down bombs and blow your friends to pieces. The art style remains true to form as not to deviate from what made Bomberman great.

WarZ - Patch Notes 2/19/2013

Another patch : 2/19/2013 was just released for this Online Zombie Apocalypse game, however there are no zombie glitch fixes and no promised weapons like the Chain Saw. The loot has been well and truly busted these last few days and our clan has become rather bored of the game and it's lack of developer involvement.  Oh and did I mention that the public servers are an absolute hack fest!

WarZ - Patch 2/12/13

A new patch 2/12/13 is going to arrive at any time now for WarZ and it's one i'm looking forward to, especially with more weapon types and Zeds. To be honest I usually do like a nice update for WarZ unless they add things that nobody wants, it happens. So let's see what has been updated!

A new WarZ Dev 2/8/13 Diary has been updated for all you online zombie apocalypse gamers! Oh and can someone please save me some Vaccine as I think I'm infected ;). A brilliant idea from the guys of Ultimate Amiga, is the ability to play Amiga games online with other players. Now I remember when I was a weeee youngster that I had so much fun with my friends coming over and playing on the same TV via my Amiga 500 system. We used to play Lotus Esprit, Settlers 1 and many others. But with this new setup, you can play with others across the globe on your PC.

WarZ - Patch 1/22/13

The patch we mentioned last week for this Zombie Survival MMO, titled WarZ, has finally gone live today. Servers just went into shut down and reboot mode and your Launcher should be updating.

Path of Exile Open Beta Begins - January 23rd : Online Action RPG

The Online Action RPG, which some say is as good as Diablo 2 and or Torchlight 2 will be available for all  to play, in an Open Beta Phase, which begins on the 23rd Jan. Grinding Gear Games developed Path of Exile as an online Action RPG set in the dark fantasy world of Wraeclast.

Prospekt Reborn - 2D indie social ORPG

A new Indie game in the style of classic nes style rpg's has appeared. Prospekt Reborn is a 2D indie social ORPG based on their own modification of Eclipse Origins. The developers claim that this Online RPG has unique gameplay and many tough challenges to complete. Currently it is in pre-alpha state but the server is online 24/7.

WarZ - Development Diary, 1/18/13

Well it's finally here, the 1/18/13 development diaries us WarZ gamers have been waiting for, which gives us a little bit more explanation about the patch that's due next week 22nd JAN. So let's take a look at just how good this server hopping fix is going to be (we hope).

WarZ Patch 1.0.1 - 1/22/13 (Long Patch List)

A new patch is coming on the 22nd of Jan and this one looks to be a pretty damn fine patch. I for one, am looking forward to the " Server Hopping Fix ".
