Some cool news indeed especially if you grew up on the Atari 2600 as well as the much later Atari 8bit as you'll be interested to hear, that Protovision has released the Commodore 64 game of Czolgi. A new game which is an inspiration to Combat that was first shown at the Christmas Live event with Demoscene #3 for up to 4 player(?) tank based combat. While we wait for the BIG news announcement later today for the Amiga, here's one game to keep you company if you have a NES however, is Scott the phd's game Altercation. A rather enjoyable looking tank game that doesn't just feature a campaign mode with 9 levels, but also a 2P Multiplayer with 4 arenas, and if you need a little bit of help, a practice mode via multiplayer arenas. To coincide with this news, NES & SNES CONNECTION has released a video below (link).

Alite - Classic Amiga Elite gets an Android port!

Only just recently I was talking to a few friends about the original David Braben's 8-bit space combat trading simulator of Elite, and how we've seen a few fan based remakes appear such as Oolite. Yes we've had the modern eye candy release of Elite Dangerous, but now we have come to mention another fan based remake, but this time it's ' ALITE', which is based on the original Amiga version and ported over to the Android. Developed by Stardust as a free fan port of the classic, has been in development for over 2.4 years and is now available to download today.

Elite : Dangerous - Stage Demo - E3 2014

Even though we were one of the first to feature the E3 2014 trailer for David Braben's, Elite Dangerous it was nothing compared to the latest stage demo that was shown at E3. As such this new feature is from the live stage show where by David Braben is discussing the game with Cam Robinson, and wow is it certainly impressive. You'll get to see the same footage you did before but even more, from the massive capital ship to the discussion about how if  you grief in the game other players can take up the bounty and head out to destroy you. There is plenty of other interesting bits shown so without further ado, check out the footage!

No Man's Sky - The latest Sci-fi game gets an E3 2014 trailer

Developed by Hello Games, No Man's Sky is a new Space Sim set to drop jaws, at least going by what we've seen so far. Set in an infinite, procedural universe. You'll be exploring the stars in your space ship, visiting many unique planets and battling against fleets of ships all in a universe that is never the same. If the videos are anything to go by, it's a game with plenty of eye candy and all this developed by a small indie company which is very impressive. Let's hope the final lives up to the hype, so check out the trailers and enjoy!

Spyra by SerygalaCaffeine is certainly looking like a well made title, with some impressive graphics and plenty of rooms, enemies and puzzles, however as was said, it's still in development.
