I'm sure many of you have heard of Wide Pixel Games, a great team of people that were involved in games such as Knight 'n' Grail, and the upcoming sequel Pains 'n' Aches! But as of this moment we've just learnt of another game Mikael Tillander from Wide Pixel Games is working on, Geo Six, which from the look of it is a nod to Robocop but with a fantastic ability to trade bodies from one half damaged robot to other powerful robots each with different skills!

From Byte Me, SWIV and SEA DRAGON to STEG, GENESIS and even ROBOCOP there's way too many to choose from as my favourite.

I was just trawling the forums looking for the latest news and came across a new video that is sure to appeal to a vast majority of our readers. This is a brand new documentary by Kim Justice on the entire history of Ocean Software, from start to finish. As Kim says : The early days with Imagine, the glorious success that Robocop bought, plus Batman to Daley Thompson, Cobra to Frankie, Jurassic Park to the Addams Family...and finally to the end. Gary Bracey once said that Ocean were the biggest games company in the world. As such if you want to know nearly everything there is to know about " Ocean " who I'd class as one of the greats, you should seriously watch this video!

I cannot believe we nearly missed out on this great Nostalgia C64 scene release and if it wasn't for our good friend Asger Bonnevie we probably would have! Robocop Prime - Another Amstrad CPC styled game by Carnivac gets an update!
I must admit when it comes to games that are developed in a style similar to classic computers, Carnivac is one to impress. Although I have yet to play a game from Carnivac, he has so far shown us two highly detailed games that are in development for the PC, but hoping to have it ported over to the Amstrad CPC. Two of those games are Cosmic Commando and Roland of Sherwood. However today's update is for another game we've yet to give a good mention to, is Robocop Prime, which the developer has noted is still being worked on in two new screenshots.
RoboCop Classic - Game movie classic gets a ZX PC update
Before I begin with this write up, I would just like to apologize for the lack of articles this weekend as due to ill health which took hold last Friday I was unable to write anything for our readers. But back on topic, today's game is an update to the previous 80's Park Production RoboCop release and now features not only a ' RoboCop Classic ' rename, but co-op, and both Amstrad CPC and ZX Spectrum graphics at smooth 60fps scrolling!
